The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to meet our needs and they exceeded our expectations. Sarka was very personable and Thomas was so helpful.

Extremely friendly and professional team at the reception desk. The staff at the restaurant is young, quick and effective, especially the young lady at Lunch time on June 30th. Limited choice of food .. but everything is well made with good ingredients . Very safe parking inside the main building with easy access ( no slope ) and large slots ( prefect for sports cars / but be very careful when you pass the main entrance gate , you may damage your front spoiler because of the bumps ). Air condition easy to set and very efficient i. Large bathroom with lots of powerful lights Peaceful and quiet place during the day and at night. Probably the best place to stay in Prague

Perhaps the best hotel we have ever been to. This was our second time at the hotel and definitely not the last time. The rooms are beautiful and clean, one of the best spas we have ever been to, the restaurant is excellent, but the service in general is exceptional !!!

We absolutely loved Florian, the assistant manager, who made our stay perfect! He gave us a wonderful tour of the property and was knowledgable, warm and welcoming. A wonderful stay!
